Returns Policy
If any of the items you have ordered are unsuitable, please inform us within 7 days of receipt by emailing customer services sales@vendula.co.uk. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return and send it back to us at the address below.

We are happy to give a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of us receiving your returns notification email. Items returned outside these conditions may receive a credit note. A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. We will not refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights. For all returns (excluding faulty goods), you will be required to arrange and pay for return of the items to us. When returning items we strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Vendula will arrange an exchange. Vendulas decision is final.
Extended period at Christmas: Any purchase intended as a Christmas gift can be exchanged/credited up to 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.
